PROCESS R&D AND ANALYTICAL SERVICES
Kingchem analytical R&D is a part of our integrated services which also supports process R&D and product launch. We routinely perform method development and validation, release testing, and stability testing. In addition to supporting route-scouting and early research activities, we are also capable of performing production OOS investigations.

SERVING GLOBAL MARKETS
As one of the largest manufacturers of fluoro-organic compounds in China, our Fuxin plant serves global markets in the Pharmaceutical, Electronics, Fine and Specialty Chemical industries. It offers a wide range of chemical capabilities to enable the large-scale production of complex organic compounds, and is capable of using HF, KF, and highly selective fluorinating agents at commercial scale. It also serves as the RSM upstream integration site for our GMP manufacturing facility in Wisconsin (USA).
Fluorination vessels are up to 10,000 liters with temperature ranges of -20 degrees to 200 degrees Celsius. The addition of electro-fluorination capability at commercial of scale is currently in progress.

QUALITY SYSTEMS
The plant operates to high industrial standards, maintaining ISO9001 and ISO14001 certification, GB/T24001: 2016 Environmental Management Systems certification, as well as GB/T28001: 2011 Health and Safety Management System certification. In order to conform to the requirements from our pharmaceutical customers, parts of ICH-Q7 are integrated into our quality management system by our QA department. Kingchem has also successfully passed many quality audits from top chemical and pharmaceutical companies over the years. We operate very close to ICH-Q7 standards, such as material management, cross contamination control, equipment qualification and maintenance, batch record, QC management, deviation management and change control management.

Our manufacturing plant in Liaoning, China, Kingchem Liaoning Chemical Co., offers a wide range of chemical capabilities to enable the large scale production of complex organic compounds. It specializes in Cryogenic Reaction/Organolithium Chemistry, Fluorination, Grignard Reactions, Halogenation, Hofmann Rearrangement, Hydrogenation, Phosgenation, Suzuki Reaction, Skraup Quinoline Synthesis, and Van Leusen Reaction.
