Dr. Ryan Yoder Promoted to Vice President, Business Development

Kingchem Life Science has announced the promotion of Dr. Ryan Yoder to Vice President, Business Development. Previously Dr. Yoder held the position of Senior Director, Business Development. Kingchem CEO, Stephen Wang said, “Ryan is a valuable member of Kingchem. His time with our company has been marked by successful relationships with his North American and European customers, while he also played a key role in Kingchem’s recent expansion through the acquisition of our first U.S.-based cGMP manufacturing facilities. Moving forward, I believe his technical and R&D experience in the manufacturing environment, along with his personal abilities and overall business acumen, will bring about even greater contributions to the growth of Kingchem.”

By way of biography, Dr. Yoder has served the pharmaceutical, agrochemical, electronic chemical and specialty chemical industries, and has strong R&D and business experience. Before his years at Kingchem, he served for ten years at Albemarle, a major U.S. fine chemical company, where he held several positions, including Research & Technology manager leading their R&D group, and Electronics Division Business Manager, where he led global sales and technical efforts in electronic chemicals. While at Albemarle, he also achieved a number of awards including those, for example, promoting the principles of green chemistry and engineering in-house, and educating the technical community on green metrics. Dr. Yoder completed his Ph.D. studies in Synthetic Organic Chemistry with Prof. Jeffrey N. Johnston at Indiana University at Bloomington, Indiana (USA).
