 Kingchem-Fuxin is our Joint Venture
located in Northern China. Started in 2002, Kingchem-Fuxin
specializes in Aromatic Halogenations with core competency in
Fluorinations, including liquid fluorination and high pressure
fluorination. Additional reaction capabilities include nitration,
amination, halogen- diazonium replacement, Grignard
chemistry, and several other chemistries.
In the newly renovated facility our
chemists are able to develop custom intermediates and transition
them from bench-scale to pilot plant and to commercial scale all
within our facility. The R&D labs, pilot plant, QA/QC labs, and
production workshops are located within our facility and operate in
a safe and environmentally compliant manner.
At present Kingchem-Fuxin has
several workshops, including multi-purpose workshops. Reactors in
the workshops range in size from 500L - 2000L and include a high
pressure reactor capable of pressures up to 100 atm. Reactions can
be performed in the temperature range of -20oC - 200oC.
In the pilot plant reactors range in size from 50L - 500L and also
include high pressure capabilities.
In addition to the existing facility
the site for Kingchem-Fuxin has excellent opportunity for
expansion. We are interested in exploring partnership and expansion
opportunities to support our customers’ fine chemical needs.
