How do I know if the
Chinese manufacturers that I want to work with are reliable?
With over a decade of experience Kingchem has already invested the
time and effort required to get to know the manufacturers that we
recommend, including site visit and interviews. In addition, we can
arrange for plant tours of these “key Manufacturing Partners” in
support of your project.
Is cGMP manufacturing
available in China? I have heard that only raw materials and
intermediates can be purchased in China.
The
market in China continues to develop and today Kingchem represents a
group of top tier Chinese manufacturers capable of cGMP manufacture
which have already completed FDA audits Many of our other
Manufacturing Partners have received their ISO certification from
internationally recognized accreditation agencies. In addition our
newest joint venture, Kingchem Nanjing Pharmaceutical Co., is a cGMP
facility.
I am concerned about
issues of Environment, Health & Safety. Do Chinese manufacturers
have good environmental practices?
Along with our comprehensive site visits, Kingchem also addresses
the issue of waste-treatment, safety programs, employee training and
systems control. This ensures that the manufacturers we select for
your projects understand the laws for waste treatment, the standards
for EH&S and have the appropriately trained staff and facilities
needed to implement these systems
Can I be assured of IP protection if I
work with a Chinese company?
Yes, Kingchem and our manufacturing partners, take IP protection
very seriously. At Kingchem we have worked with our joint ventures
and manufacturing partners to thoroughly understand the legal issues
surrounding IP protection. Our knowledge of and respect for IP
compel us to maintain accountability for IP protection at our JVs
and manufacturing partners. We feel very strongly that our JVs and
our core group of top tier manufacturers understand and respect your
values on this important issue.
How is product quality guaranteed when
purchasing from China?
Kingchem unconditionally stands behind our products regardless of
whether they come from our plants or one of our manufacturing
partners. We provide Certificates of Analysis for all samples and
shipments and pre-shipment samples if needed. If a product does not
meet your specifications then we work with you to ensure that the
issue is resolved and your needs are met.
What about shipments from China? Do I
have to make those arrangements?
Kingchem will arrange all of the details related to safe and
effective shipment of your samples and production batches in
accordance with INCO terms. We have the flexibility to ship by sea
or air under a variety of terms to meet your needs. Our China
offices will provide support for all shipments originating in China,
including any regulatory or bureaucratic coordination.
