Kingchem and Corporate Social Responsibility
Our customers know that when they work with Kingchem they are working with a company that is a careful and responsible corporate citizen in protecting our employees, our community and our environment. We provide for protections in areas such as anti-corruption concerns, human-rights issues and security procedures. IP protection, governmental regulation, stakeholder communications and responsible management systems are also dealt with forthrightly and effectively.
Our commitment to corporate social responsibility is a day to day concern. That’s why we are particularly proud, for example, of the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) department at our production facility, Kingchem Liaoning Chemical. They receive the high-level corporate support necessary concerning the knowledge, skills and planning needed to ensure safe, effective, daily operations. Look to them, as well, for conformity management, risk evaluation, work approvals and CAPA responses, to name just a few.
We’re proud that they go beyond expectations and volunteer our plant to the city fire department as its site for chemical-emergency training around, for example, HF/Cl2 leakage preparedness scenarios. But they go beyond just successfully helping to implement emergency drills. They also promote communication and cooperation with governmental emergency, safety-supervision, environmental-protection and public-health bureaus in order to help the entire response network address preparedness concerns.
Our Liaoning plant also proactively manages waste to minimize the environmental impact of its manufacturing operations with on-site facilities, including recently upgraded waste-water treatment facilities, chemical scrubbers for air treatment, and waste incineration.
You can reply on Kingchem to maintain a conscientious, proactive responsibility for our staff, our customers, our customer’s stakeholders, our surrounding environment, and society at large. We do so by continually enhancing goals around implementing safety and green-chemistry processes, continually upgrading EHS and other facilities, and continually improving employee training, good management practices and standard operating procedures.
Why do we do this?
Because our global community depends on it.
